Greatly improve the filling speed. All the blanking is under automatic control. Feed through the multi-head weighing machine above. At the same time, when the material in the hopper of multi-head weighing machine reaches the high material level, the feeding system stops feeding, and when the material is insufficient, the feeding system continues feeding. SMC cylinder and solenoid valve are used for pneumatic components of this machine, omron and schneider electric components (proximity switch, frequency converter, etc.) are used, and programmable logic controller is used for the control part, and the speed is adjustable by frequency conversion.
